i am sick and tired of hearing those investigators say " i am worried people will get hurt by prisoners being outside and have escaped " thats bullshit they are not concerned they dont give a rats ass what happens to those people its just the realization that they are incompetant and can't keep inmates inside the prison and not doing their job how it should!
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is the only correctional entity that uses “Killer Fences”. Prisons/Jails @ the State/County level usually do not because of budgetary constraints. However, yes, there are exceptions. I’ve built/remodeled prisons/jails in California, Washington, and Florida.
